This tool extracts the brain from a brain MRI scan, based on an ITK filter.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. An input image.

USAGE:

1. Launch the tool using the 'Preprocessing' -> 'Skull Stripping' menu option.
2. Specify the a reference atlas and its corresponding reference brain mask. Note that these fields are pre-populated by default using the SRI-24 atlas [1].
3. Specify the input image for brain extraction and the output filename.
4. Click on 'Confirm'.
5. The output image is saved in the specified folder.
